Too many things!

Gosh what a week has passed..we finally got the website up and running so today it's back to brewing..Progress as it happens and Autumnal tomorrow...last week saw me on the floor...on the roof..on my back...none of which were connected with beer! I have set myself the task of trying to repair all the various things that fell apart in the brewery whilst we were at the Riser.....so the floor's being grouted..the flat roof replaced and the copper re-aligned to allow a new valve to work properly...no wonder the website was delayed!

In amongst all of that we had one of our best sales weeks ever and almost ran out of beer..the Gold Spice has turned out to be hugely succesful and there are demands I brew it again before Christmas...well we shall see.....all depends on our strange climate...at least this year we seem to be having an Autumn so our seasonal beer will appear.

In between all these activities I have been trying to find a farmer to grow some barley for me but more of that later...back to the brewhouse...happy drinking...
